Habits have a power to destroy

Habits are one sort of behavior that are repeated regularly and they even tend to occur sub consciously. Habits are formed, not at one stroke, but sensibly and gradually.

Sometimes, habits may even destroy you. You may take an example, There are lots of people who are indulged in smoking despite of knowing the side effects of nicotine. For them, It is simply a bad habit that serves as an outlet for stress. They turn a blind eye until it strikes them in future.
 
drugs, smoking and alcohol are very much addictive which will spoil the health of an individual and its a known fact.....i have come across many people who are addictive and when i told them about the consequences....they simply say that they know all those things and still why they take it is ........those habits simply make them forget the world and all the tensions.........
 
If habits are bad they will obviously do bad things and destroy everything, but if they are good they no need to worry.
