A more personal note from me today. Yesterday, Dean NitinNohria, announced he will be stepping down at the end of this academic yearafter 10 years in the role. I’m grateful to count Dean Nohria as a mentor and afriend—starting when I was a student at HBS, then working in his office as afellow, and now serving in this role in admissions and financial aid. He is aleader of high competence and high character and has given me much to aspire toon my own leadership journey.
