Government jobs Vs Private jobs

What do u all think that which one is the better option either govt jobs or private jobs..

I think the offerings by the organization is more important. I would weigh which has more growth, learnings and a good package. All the parameters should be kept in mind before deciding to take up a job, govt or private doesn't really matter for me

I am in favor of private sector. The private sector provides optimum number of work opportunities and jobs in the nation. Most of the young talents attract towards the private sector because of the fact that selection method is fair and they gives importance to the talent and merit. Private sectors offer excellent salary with high growth rate.
