Government bow down to Gujjars

Finally it’s over, conflict between government and Gujjars took 10 days to resolve and it ended on Thursday. Governments had to bow down in front of the Gujjars and were forced to fulfill their demands. Rajasthan government will bring two laws; one is providing 5 percent reservation to Gujjars in the special Backward Classes category and another 14 percent reservation for the Economically Backward Classes among the upper castes. “This is the first time that we feel our struggle has reached a stage where we are convinced we will get justice,” Gujjar leader Kirori Singh Bainsla said.
These new law under Schedule IX would be free from judicial speculation and scrutiny. In 2008, Government has tried to implement these both the laws but during that time they put on one law for both aspects, now there are two different laws.
These sets as an exemplary for the others and this time Democracy have been served well, however, there due to this agitation travelers suffered a lot because they have disrupted the rail and road traffic on Delhi –Mumbai route over a week. It became hectic for people if they wanted to travel some other state , some of them cancel their schedule, business too have suffered and then government must have realized that this the time to put down their bow in front of their god father.
