Goodday

Actually this topic does not seem sound coz no institute in the long run can survive with its incompetent/bad faculty. If we talk about reputation or image,it is not built in hours or days.It takes years to get reputed or to be known in the market.Hence it is not really possible to survive with bad faculty for for than 3-4 years.Any educational institute or even its students can only bear with temporary adjustment but cannot afford such arrangements w.r.t. factulty for long period. There may be student unrest leading to degradation in standards and finally affecting the reputation of the institute as a whole.
