Good Company or good profile

What will you prefer a GOOD COMPANY or a GOOD PROFILE

Hello,

In todya's time where to get a good job to any fresher is a nightmare..........

So in such a case what would you prefer a GOOD COMPANY like JP Morgan or HUL or a GOOD PROFILE in an average or a small company where you can learn alot and develop your skill in a better way .................. which will in turn help you to make your way to a good profile in a good company.............

This doesnt mean that good companies do not offer good profile to freaher but it may be for a few fortunate person

definitely good profile...having worked for 7 years in 3 different companies which are totally different from each other.... i have come to realize the fact that no matter where you work, if you don't like the work, it won't work [:P]
 
Definitely Good Profile is the right option..In big companies also u get good profiles but u wont be in a position to change anything..whereas in a small company u start everything from scratch and u play a big role if theres any change to make..
 
profile does matter for fresher because not every one get good company in starting days but once you get experience in good profile for a year or so then good company will pick you soon automatically .... just concentrate on work and learn more as you can learn in starting days...
 
good profile it seems to be being a fresher, bcoz "All companies are 'good' if U work well, in an organisation, that to happen job has to work well for U, quite confusing!!!!!!!!!! let me get it straight............so what is the end result?? - Profile of the job
 
Cent percent right GOOD PROFILE.. which you like.. which is of your field of interest..

Rest is sick..

Lets think that I found a job in world best company.. good pay scale.. but the profile is yukkk...

What happens..

In starting two to three years I do the job right as i got god money.. but slowly and steady.. I am falling pray to stress and other alike things..

So what I thought.. Start slow.. step by step.. and in next five years.. grab good profile.. with handsome package.. in a good company.. with great experience of domain..

Isn't it sounds good... Yummy..
