There are almost 1500+ schools across all over the India.Every year an MBA student passed out with the hope of getting a job.
The very much important thing is that where the student lacks behind in the race to win in the business world…is just a one simple answer….some of them does not know that why they are doing MBA????
Some of them may be doing is just because it has scope.Some of them may be doing as because of the peer pressure..
But the most important thing who hardly anyone knows about him or her is their strength and weakness.
Strength has to be that one so that no one can beat you in that and the weakness has to be that one that no one can take advantage of that.
Only two simple words but has a lot deep meaning.
Depends on the person’s I.Q (Intelligence Quotient) and the E.Q (Emotional Quotient) ability.No matters theoretical knowledge is important but a lot more matters the practical approach.Think out of the box…because their the skills used to test.If a work completed by a graduate passed student in a 5 minute then the company expects from an MBA passed student to do that work within a minute and in an innovative and attractive manner.
Hardly anyone bothers about that where the Management starts..why the management came into the picture of the market…it was not invented by any individual…it was since from the ancient times…i.e. from the time of Mahabharat…as management knows as the art and science as well…the best manager and politician on this earth is Shri Krishna…may be righteous but the fact...who sharply explained that how to become superior amonst all…no matter from where you are adopting the knowledge…the thing matters how you are adopting the knowledge…Mahabharat is the best subject to learn Management…how to build the strategy…how to tackle with problem…
