1 of d most significant $ economic trends of d late 20th century is the rise of the "GLOBAL" or "STATELESS" corporations.The trend towards global companies is unmistakable $ is accelerating.......

where globalisation is at its pace...is it a boon or a curse............???!!!!???

frnzz..post ur views..n lets discuss this topic....!!

let me begin........

A perfect example of globalization is Venezuela. It is a country which has allowed MNCs to enter its markets but, with certain constraints and strict rules hence earning healthy profits from them. At the same time they are equally concerned about domestic industries that are not strong enough to compete with the first world countries. Keeping this in mind they've not opened their markets completely. I think globalization is a tool developed by first world countries to drain out natural resources and exploit cheap man-power. Thus unless a country is strong and determined enough to safeguard its rights globalization could be adverse and cases like 'Enron in India' would keep on happening.

Globalization in india is a boon to a great extent since it has lead to job creation in the IT & outsourcing sector, the increase in foreign investments, wide range of products available at competitive prices etc. However it is a bane when you look at how the shift from being an agriculture based economy to an industrialized one. another negative aspect of globalization is the fact that are attention is being from our indigenious industries to big players in the global market.

I think globalisation is boon to us because It creates opportunities to prosper be it business or employee or unskilled workers. Because of globalisation companies moves from one country to other one easily and invest in it . That leads to creation different business related to that sector in which investment is taking place. It brings foreign exchange to the country and also gives strength to economy.

GLOBALISATION IS GOOD BECAUSE IT HAS HELPED ALOT IN DECREASING THE DISTANCES AND PRODUCED WHAT WE KNOW AS GLOBAL VILLAGE.TELECOMMUNICATIONS HAVE IMPROVED ALOT
JUST THAT IT NEEDS CHECK AT APPROPRIATE PLACE S TO STOP CORRUPTION EXPLOITATION OR SOMETHING LIKE BRITISH COLONIALISM
