Even i have as an academician observe frequenting that girls students are more found toper in result of 10th 12th and even at colleges too

No offense to whatever I say.
The mind of a girl is not diverted to many activities. So they concentrate only on studies. And studies have also shown that girls mature faster than boys.
WE boys concentrate on other things like sports, gaming, etc which directly or indirectly diverts our attention from studying.
 
Girls are more matured and dedicated when it comes to burdening educational responsibilty. However one cannot completely ignore the fact that boys too turn out to be good academecians. Exceptions do exist..
 
GIRLS ARE GOOD COZ THEY HAVE MORE RESPONSIBILITY THAN BOYS. MOREOVER AS PER MAHATMA PHULE IF A GIRL IS EDUCATED SHE MAKES THE FAMILY EDUCATED AS IN SHE CAN HELP HER FAMILY BOTH ECONOMICALLY AND EMOTIONALLY.SHE UNDERSTANDS IT AND PERFORMS WELL.




IT IS A SECRET DONT TELL ANY ON IN ORDER TO ESCAPE FROM HOUSEHOLD CHORES SHE SPENDS MOST OF THE TIME WITH BOOKS SO THEY PERFORM WELL.
 
its all about focus... girls or boys , if focused can excel in academics or all other venues too........

Its true that girls have been performing better than boys in board exams. But than this does not mean that boys are less good in academics or girls are more.

This is a very biased statement. I think you need to do an introspection on yourself or observation through which you came across with your conclusion.

its true thar girls do better in academics because it invloves more byhearting, reproducing the same content...the are very good ...i have seen throughout my education...

boys do better in competitive exams where more of analytic thinking and logical thinking is invloved......like CAT, XAT...i.e most boys outnumber girls
 
girls r good in academics but wen it comes 2 practical applications they r inferior as their presence of mind is not as fast as tat of boys.......
 
Yes, Girls are good acadamecians. They are intelligent and hard workers. They are capable enough to face any challenge in any field. But unfortunately we dont find these talents in real market. There are many girls who topped in IAS/IPS and other competetive exams. but where are they???
 
Even if you look in any industry .....all of the industries are male dominated.
all that you learn in Academics is applied in the corporate envoirnment.....if they are that brilliant why do companies prefer hiring boys???
