1. Consultancy for e-governance to different Nagar Nigams:
Lucknow Nagar Nigam:
? We are providing e-governance consultancy to Lucknow Nagar Nigam, in the form of
DPR preparation under JNNURM project. Planning of infrastructure projects are
based on GIS enabled spatial data and non spatial data. Services like property and
water tax, infrastructure project planning, citizen grievances, etc are better provided
using GIS data. GIS involves the digitization of satellite images and the attachment of
non spatial data to the digitized images.
? Under this project we are providing the consultancy for the GIS integration of all the
properties of LNN to be linked to the GIS system for every change in the status. The
intensions are to check the financial outlays under works, maintenance,
construction, renovation, modernization, dismantling, reconstruction etc. The
complete system involves the integration of the ERP, GIS and RDBMS.

2. Accelerated Power Development and Reform Program:
? Under APDRP projects we are providing GIS based consultancy to 41 Distribution
companies all over India, to improve the Power distribution. The consultancy
proposals project GIS as an information management and facilities modeling system
for maintaining information about geographically located assets.
? It provides consultancy as to how GIS based system can support better power
management through improved decision support system, like, improved network
management-through spatial analysis like voltage drop, load flow analysis, asset
lifecycle management, and customer indexing.
