Fad Diet is the name given to a type of diet. Generally a fad diet claims to reduce weight very quickly. This type of diet normally remains popular only for a short period of time only. Fad diets are packaged and marked in an attractive fashion so as to attract the attention of the fatty person and those who want to loose weight very quickly too.

# Eat less. More often. Rather than eating large meals, chop up your eating into smaller portions throughout the day. I found myself eating 3 meals most days and having a snack around 3pm as well as another in the evening. That was enough to keep me from feeling hungry while still eating less in total.
# Don't eat right before going to bed. I've read this numerous times and don't get why it works, but it does. I set a limit of 3 hours. So I planned to go to bed at midnight, I wouldn't eat past 9pm.
# Brush your teeth early. For whatever reason, I won't eat when my teeth still feel clean. By brushing them several hours before bed, it was easier to accomplish #2.
# Kick the sugar habit. If you drink sugared soft drinks (I used to be a Mt. Dew and Coke fan), replace them either with their diet counterparts or water. This can make a very, very big difference.
# Eat vegetables before the main course. Whenever possible, I'd make sure to have an ample serving of a vegetable (you get very few calories for the amount you eat) before eating the denser main course--often a meat or fish. You'll need less of the dense stuff to be happy.
 
Weight loss = healthy diet and moving around
Getting up, moving around, and exercising will reduce the amount of food that you will need to cut back on. There are obviously many opportunities to be athletic and active (i.e. sports teams, the gym, going for a jog, etc.) if that interests you, but these aren't the only ways to increase your activity level. You can walk to school, bike to work, walk up and down the stairs a few times before you take a shower, take an extra lap or two around the grocery store.:SugarwareZ-080::SugarwareZ-080::SugarwareZ-080:
 
Dieting is difficult because it involves some major changes in your life. Set your goal of losing weight slowly and keeping it off rather than having a quick start and becoming frustrated. Most diets work better when you increase your physical activity, so include an exercise program. Start out slowly and increase at a reasonable rate. Use stairs instead of an elevator park farther from store entrances than normal. Take advantage of nice weather and go for walks. When you feel like grabbing an unhealthy snack, do some physical activity until the craving goes away.
 
Well, I don't have much to say after all of u gave us a list of suggestions, but, I can just say stay fit by regular exercises and a glass of water with 2 tablespoons on homey in it everday will make u slimmer!
