Hi friends The following report was my asignment for Services marketing (elective that I chose) and was preared under the guidance of Mr. John Mcgill, our Services Marketing proffessor at the Kingston university, London (where I study). The report follows interntional standards (AMBA) and I prformed a detailed GAP analysis on HCL bpo alongwith references and recomendations. Its a complete report and took me quite some time to prepeare. Hope you all benefit from it.
