hii guys and gals..
do you reaaly think that HRM rocks.. i hhave been following up 4 companies.. for many days for summer project in HRM.. none of them responded.. they do not even have guts to say no we cant help you in this regar.. one of the companies even gave me a topic asked me to prepare an brief outline of the project and then gggave me resons..that they cannoot give me projects.. i m very frustated... how many times should ii hear NO... i had very bad experience with this so called wihite collared HRM guys in corporates..
 
Instead of being frustrated, try to evaluate the reasons they said *NO*.

If you are visiting companies that do not like to work with budding to be MBA's, then you are choosing the wrong companies.
