Key Responsibilities :
• Meet and exceed KPIs by performing error free work and adherence to deadlines
• Achieve productivity targets – so as to improve the overall performance of the team.
• Adhere to planned shifts
• Accurate update of task status in Workflow tool
• Prompt and effective response to email system
• General reliability as a team member
• Provide suggestions for internal process improvements
• Provide support and guidance to new staff
• Conduct trainings where ever relevant
• Handling day to day communication with stakeholders
• Provide suggestions to improve efficiencies
• Participate in internal team meetings and contribute with ideas/suggestions for overall improvement of the operations business unit.
• Co-ordinating with Internal Contacts with various departments Maersk Line Offices different stakeholders and customer services.
Who we are looking for :
• Graduates (2011/2012 Passed Out)
• Fresher/ maximum 1 yr Exp
• Good communication Skills
• Rotational Shift - 24*7
• Flexible to work in Airoli/ Powai location.
Eligibility Criteria :
• Only Graduates - BMS,B.Com,BBI,BA,BAF,B.Sc, BBA (No B.E/BSC-IT background/No MBA)
• Candidates with less than 1 year experience can also apply as Fresher
• Should possess Excellent Communication skills (Both Verbal & Written)
• Proficiency in MS – Office Skills is a must
• Age Preference - below 35 years
• Typing speed min. 30 WPM
• Should be willing to work in rotational shifts
• Earlier applied candidates need not to re-apply
