frequently switching the jobs

Is frequently changing jobs in order to increase the Payout beneficial in long run??

If the person continue the practice of job hopping, then he may be benefited for short run

Every activity should have some limits!! Though we don't have limits to greed towards earning more, one should stop switching jobs for high salaries at some point of time and start working towards vertical growth

A steady experience in any organization is an added advantage to one's career and he/ she might settle well in their career

Simply to say!! switching of job helps to study just ABC of any particular job in each of the organization

job hopping doesnt really help in the long run, according to me, as hr personnel eventually recognise tht as an unhealthy trait and would be reluctant to recruit the individual..

i think job hopping is not always so bad...it gives u experience in various fields and companies....ya but at some point u have to find a steady job

It really works for getting a higher salary, so if that's the only thing you're looking for from a job, then yes, it make a lot of sense.
