Write down the functions of foreign exchange market here: i will write some
convert currency of one country to another
provide some insurance against foreign exhange risk
 
Another function of foreign exchange (FX or Forex market) to provide rules and norms, regulation for the foreign currency, primary function being to assist in the international trade and investment. The modern foreign exchange market began to form around 1970 when flotaing exchange rate was applied in place of the fixed exchange rate regime. as per the bretton woods system.
