What the People really look in their JOBS Money or Satisfaction.
Is Money matter or the Job Satisfaction matte???

I wud better look for job satisfaction rather than work for money. B'coz if i am not satisfied with the work i do, then there is no use of money also.

For jobs Satisfaction matter because until and unless you wont enjoy the work you are doing,though u earn 1,00,000 u will not be satisfied, Money is not everything but satisfaction is most..

i feel that money is important in the starting of your coureer then job satisfaction comes into play......

Even if you are working very hard and not getting that much salary that you deserve. For me money matters a lot because if we start earning more money than our acceptance then there is no problem with the work satisfaction.
