My cousin and I are planning to put up a Taco shop. As I browse the web on everything we should consider, I saw this food safety management. Anyone here in food business familiar with it? Is it a necessity to have it? Thanks for your time.

Yes, that's true. And luckily, the food safety management system that we got has an integrated risk management software. It should be able to help us reduce the risks.
