FINANCING SMALL SCALE INDUSTRIES :
The advances to SSI increased from Rs.582.24 crore as at March 2003 to Rs.690.21 crore as at March 2004 covering 13650 SSI units, registering a growth rate of 18.55%.
ADVANCES TO WEAKER SECTIONS :
As at March 2004, the bank has lent Rs.643.45 Crore to 240619 beneficiaries falling under weaker sections, registering an annual growth rate of 63.35%.
SELF HELP GROUPS :
During the year 2003-04, the Bank has financed 4125 Groups and disbursed Rs.984.62 lakh. So far, the Bank has financed 9640 SHGs and disbursed Rs.2056.66 lakh with 90.34% recovery.
