i'm doin a 100 marks (tybms) project on "financial analysis with respect to mergers"..plz plz help me by tellin wat all points can i incorporate in this and sum links thru which i cud get relevant info on financial analysis of mergers plz plz its urgent....

well u can tell wat is mergers wat are its advantages and disadvantages

then tell some famous mergers cases like kingfisher deccan or landrover and tata etc
