This post also needs to discuss about the issue:
"Punishment only for poor and the weak?"
Is the judicial system of the world designed to mete out justice to the aggrieved? Are the law courts giving one his due? . The leaders have no qualms to incarcerate innocent people who speak for freedom or hang others for voicing descent.
If one has the means he can eliminate the eye-witnesses and go free after committing heinous crimes. On the other hand, there are innumerable cases where innocents have been persecuted and punished at the instance of the influential and the powerful.
