Expectations from '09 Budget

Hello Dear Friends.
We know that the Big Budget is at the door.It will be announced very soon.All of us have many expectations from the budget,that may be related to career,Taxes etc.So now we will together discuss the expectations each of you have from the budget'09.
 
The Rail Budget was an averag one with not much there for the 'aam aadmi' in terms of fare cuts but promised lot of improvement in infrastructure like railway stations, distribution of tickets and many long distance trains.

But time will only tell whether these promises are met and at what cost.

There is not much buzz for the Union Budget in terms of Market expectation as time has passed and the expectations are lowered down from the government. But the thing which government needs to do is:
1) Reforms in Banking & Insurance sector (more FDI in insurance business)
2) Importance to infrastructure
3) Auto sops
4) Regulations of demand & supply in Oil
5) Export sector
6) Education sops
7) Steel & Aluminium prices
8) Agriculture sops & subsidies
 
I feel this budget will not be pleasing for the markets.There is a huge fiscal deficit and the Govt has to address it immediately.Moreover there will be proposal for stake sale in PSUs and Navratnas.There will be no good news from Tax front as well.But we have to bear it.
