EU executive to start legal action against Poland over judiciary reform

BRUSSELS (Reuters) - The European Commission said on Wednesday it would start legal action against Poland over a law reforming the judiciary that undermines the independence of judges and therefore breaks EU treaty rules.<div class="feedflare">
