<br><br>I haven't come across the term yet but if you break the two words down, it should mean cost of acquiring one share of a company? ( more so for unlisted stocks ) <br> <br>
 
I would like to frame Equity pricing as a instrument used to determine the market valuation of the company.Usually used during IPO's, by book building Issues or fixed prices issues.

Capital Asset Pricing Model - CAPM, is the popular model used to determine
relationship between risk and expected return and that is used in the pricing of risky securities.
