Thank you for coming up with this topic.
In the male dominated society it is indeed difficult for women to bloom to their full glory, but not impossible. Few of the women at leading positions at various fields have been through a lot of struggle to reach there. Supporting the women who are ambitious isn’t the only thing that we can do. We have to make space for the dreams of every women that has been buried inside them for long to come out and bloom in a healthy environment. It doesn’t matter if we find someone’s dream to be too small or too big for them, to them it is their dream and what we can do is to clear the negativity around so that they can come up. Women at the top don’t just drop there from heaven. They stand through the extreme conditions of life and become so strong that the sky becomes their limit.
