Penalty of Rs 630 crore was imposed on 11 cement majors by CCI in June 2012
It found them guilty of forming cartels and manipulating prices in the market.

Indian ADRs ended lower on Monday.

In the Banking space

ICICI Bank was down 3.01 percent at USD 42.92 and HDFC Bank was down 2.24 percent at USD 38.32.

In the IT space

Wipro was down 1.32 percent at USD 7.47 and Infosys was up 0.19 percent at USD 43.14.

In the other space

Sterlite was down 2.71 percent at USD 6.10 and Tata Motors was down 2.31 percent at USD 25.83.

In the banking space

ICICI Bank was down 5.48 percent at USD 40.57 and HDFC Bank fell 2.98 percent at USD 36.88.

In the IT space

Infosys declined 1.23 percent at USD 42.61 and Wipro was down 0.67 percent at USD 7.42.

In the other space

Tata Motors dropped 3.1 percent at USD 25.03 and Sterlite was down 2.95 percent at USD 5.92.

The rupee was trading at 58.70/72 per dollar at 9.06 am after opening at 58.82. The rupee hit a record closing low of 58.77/78 on Tuesday, and remains within touch of an all-time low of 58.98 last week.
