The way one perceives training the outcome of it is the same. Small companies view it as an additional burden on their shoulders; hence the process of training begins with a forceful approach. Whereas there are many who think opposite and view it as a tool to reach new heights.

Hence they are conscious of three major things which can distinguish them from others.

The very first being the consciousness towards cost. There are many companies who adopt the strategy of asking for tendors and quotations to have a comparative cost evaluation for the project, thus being cost consciousness. But sometimes this strategy begins to be viewed as a form of entertainment. Cost being a major concern when you think of training. Although the existence of the same cannot be ignored, but along with the same things like design methodology and its effectiveness. The next criterion relates to time. An old saying time is money; hence wasting time in operations cannot help to speed up. Hence being time conscious is all the most important. It’s not just one person who has to follow the schedule it’s a combined effort and fruits of group efforts are durable long lasting. An in house program teaching these skills to employee can do in this case. And lastly being self conscious. It is often seen that employees leave the organization after the training gets over and they acquire the necessary skills. Hence maintain those employees is also of a great concern, and one thing is for sure that training isn’t for everyone. Finally from all the above points the do’s and don’ts of training being clear; the training process and its outcome is much more a safe and secured thought.
