Hey rahul, i have read your presentation and you have explained the subject very nicely through your document. I am also uploading a document which can explain the concept of employment protection legislation in more detail.

All your employees are protected by the Employment Rights Act 1996, as amended, against suffering any harm because of any reasonable actions they take on health and safety grounds. This is applicable no matter their time period of services.
