O'Reilly Auto Parts (NASDAQ: ORLY), originally known as O'Reilly Automotive, Inc., is a publicly traded chain of auto parts stores that started with one store in Springfield, Missouri in 1957. It has since grown to include more than 3,469 stores in 38 states. The corporate headquarters of O'Reilly is located in Springfield.

O'Reilly Automotive, Inc. officially started in the auto parts business in Springfield, Missouri, in November 1957. The company's history began with Charles Francis O'Reilly, a traveling salesman for Fred Campbell Auto Supply in St. Louis, Missouri. By 1924 Charles had become familiar with the Springfield area, having traveled by train to sell auto parts throughout the territory. He recognized the region as an area of growth and opportunity, and asked to be transferred there. By 1932 he had become manager of Link Motor Supply in Springfield. One of his sons, Charles H. "Chub" O'Reilly, had also joined the company. Together they provided the leadership and management that made Link the predominant auto parts store in the area.

Kate is the Managing Director of Optimiss Consulting. She works to increase the number of women in business in Australia by assisting firms with retention strategies targeting women and providing recruitment services that place women only into senior management roles. Kate is passionate about the issues facing women globally particularly their economic empowerment.

Before her work with Optimiss, her professional experience included global public and private sector roles in corporate finance and business. Her work on the Deloitte Inspiring Women program led to her winning finalist for the Deloitte Business Woman of the Year 2008/9 and being appointed to Deloitte’s Emerging Leaders Council. She has also been the Treasurer of the United Nations Development Fund for Women (UNIFEM now UN Women) Australia.

Kate has two postgraduate degrees in Management and Public Administration. She gained her MPA, studying on a NSW Premier's scholarship at the University of Sydney. She is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

In her spare time, she loves to sail and completed her first Sydney Hobart yacht race this year. She also spends a lot of time practicing not falling off her new road bike.

Phil O’Reilly is Chief Executive of Business NZ, New Zealand’s largest business advocacy organisation. Phil has a background in business, advocacy and communications in enterprises in New Zealand and Australia.

During the 1980s he was Industrial Advocate, Auckland Employers Association Inc. In 1990 he became Executive Director of the Newspaper Publishers Association of NZ. During this period he also served as Chairman of the NZ Advertising Standards Authority. In 2000 he was appointed Head of Employment Policy and Communication at Westpac Bank in Sydney before returning to New Zealand to his role at Business NZ.

He has an M.A. Hons in History from Auckland University, and has attended Stanford University and the Macquarie Graduate School of Management.

Phil O’Reilly is chair of the Commercialisation of Research Action Group and the Massey University Business Advisory Group and is joint chair of the Manufacturing Action Group and the Workplace Health & Safety Council.

Phil is a member of the Growth & Innovation Advisory Board, the Ministerial Advisory Group on Trade, Hui Taumata Trust, the Maori Workforce Development Trust, the Workplace Productivity Reference Group, Business Capability Partnership Steering Committee, Skill New Zealand, and the Advisory Committee on Statistics, and is New Zealand’s Employer Delegate to the International Organisation of Employers and the International Labour Conference.
