Emma Watson spent her 24th birthday on Tuesday on the muddy set of her newest movie Regression.
It was the pretty British star's first day filming the new flick - in which she stars alongside Ethan Hawke and she was sure to tell her fans via Twitter that it was a very cool birthday present. Canada clearly had a dose of rain the night before, as Emma was spotted dodging puddles around the film set. There wasn't much time for the birthday girl to slip into party attire either, with her costume consisting of an array of greys and dirty greens. The actress wore what looked much like a school uniform, with a faded green pinafore over a green shirt, teamed with ripped grey tights and scuffed leather boots.
She kept warm between takes with a black trench coat, but otherwise looked to have had to put up with the elements in order to play her character in the upcoming thriller. Emma's brunette tresses were pulled into a casual ponytail and held back with a pink pin - a stark contrast to the look she sported on the multitude of red carpets over the last few weeks on her European promotional jaunt. When it was announced earlier this year that Emma was cast in the Alejandro Amenabar directed film, she expressed her delight in a statement.
