Others refer to the different modes of communications such as face to face communication,telephonic comunication and througn meetings
 
I think it is not better than the face to face communication. Because the information and ideas shared in face to face communication can not be shared in email communication like emotional approach. Face to face communication can also helps to understand the behavior and feeling of other parties or people directly.
