This report discuss about Dell company which is based on a simple concept by selling computer systems directly to customers, Dell could best understand their needs and efficiently provide the most effective computing solutions to meet those needs. The direct model allows the company to build every system to order and offer customers powerful, richly-configured systems at competitive prices.
The first part of the report deals with describing the E-business system followed by Dell Computer Corporation, the company background and the business objectives of organisation.
The report then evaluates the Principle Based System Analysis from a business view point. It defines the system and problem; it measures the current performance & identity targets for 7 work system principles; and recommendations to address problems and business.
The last part of the report deals with synthesising the contribution of the system for meeting organisational objectives.
