DYING MP===SAVE IT

HEY guys u r all doing a gret job n MP is not dying in any ways!!!
its true dat da no.of replies is ver low but dat doesnt mean da members dont care about.. it at least I do!! its like many of da users r relatively new and do not participate but dude they do make a point 2 come and visit da site (even in this thread there r soo many visitors-proves it!!)
da basic reason mayb bcause there r only few ppl who actively participate n the otrs feel awkward or simply they r out of words!!
but guys u guys rock n i really aapreciate how u guys works 2 keep this place so helpful n condusive...its grt i had a dellimma n within minutes my query was answered..thax guys n keeep up the good ...nah great work!!!

Firstly to say i joined MP coz i heard tht u can easily get the notes out here and u can also get help for ur projects here...

but thn as time passed by i started spending more n more time here on MP and gaining more n more knowledge here and started loving the site...

MP has also helped many of us to come closer and become frnds who otherwise would have been total strangers

MP has helped people coming out from different worlds and share their views on particular topic's...

but now a days MP is facing a problem of less no of members coming online and being active...

i feel that might be coz of vacation mood...but thn here again rises the question that are members just coming to MP for their own requirments and as their need is solved they forget even to say a simple thanks to the person who has taken pains in posting out the threads or helping someone out in their projects...

When compared Majority of the members have just become Leechers rather than being participative members...

Guys change your attitude towards it...coz if u help someone others are going to help you out...

IF U don't post it would lead to a dissappointment to members to share their projects and opinions with you...

and MP can survive with an its active members but thn that is not the Aim of running such a website...all the members should take active participation in growing it...

Just a Simple thanks could motivate someone in helping out more and sharing his views more...

So do keep posting and keep rocking...

well as per me..naah mp isnt dying..no way..if u see,more n more users[spclly newbies to mp] are posting on big fights , laughter accelerated n gen. talks section..
wel yeah, but new users also do a lot of "thnx" posting jus 2 complete 10 posts.....if any user wants to thnk..1 cud merely press the thank button..right??then whts d logic in writing a post for "thnx"? sum of dem..merely to dwnload stuff...in such cases..they must actively participate in helping others..if nt upload helpful stuff..then instead of posting "thnx" ; study the material thoroughly for which they posted thnx a lil. review on tht..[sumthng tht cud be added, sumthng tht was missin..the good points..the bad points...tht cud be so much ENCORAGING TO PPL WHO POST N UPLOAD STUFF]
trust me frienz, ive been uploading case studies...n earlier i hardly got views n reviews...i strted wid "mega case studies" thread on whch few active members came up wid their opinions as in wht kinda material shd i post..n it was encouraging...
all i cud say is..help urself n help others...MP will neva die..it has lotsa info whch cud help others...but dont let the spirit of MP n d members who post die..
keep encouraging...keep posting ur views n opinions..

Well the views are increasing but the replies are so less.Well cant people post a reply which takes approx 30sec-1min for a quick reply.Some say no Mp aint dying,many newbies are posting threads and all,but if they are forced they will. Its very hard to see a site which is built on hard work and efforts all go down in waste,trust me ive made sites which had 200-500 members and in the end only 2-3 remain.I feel that everyone should be made aware of not only the download part of this site...for instance if i have no idea about MP,1 day my friend walks upto me and tells me "ehh terko sem5 ka notes chiye kya ?,then mp.com me jha aur register kar...THIS should not be the case,Mp is more than just downloading notes.People learn , live and share.It is a management site,but all the topics are covered in this site! I never used to bother about the news,but by posting articles im upto date with regards to all the news.The jokes section is great.The debates section is fun.Many other sections are there.Well the focus should not be on notes,but on what we get other than notes in this site,many have made lots of friends.Theres a lot to MP than jus mere downloads.anyways this is what i have to say. I like this place,this is like my hang out place.Knowlege is meant for sharing,NOT FOR DOWNLOADING.share and care.

Bt i really do nt understand....y such a hue n cry is being raised....mp is just like a family to most of us...isn't it?....so our family is just goin through a low phase......itz jst n part n parcel of lyf.....stop plzzzzzz stop.....creating a scene out here 4 absolute no reason....

Well........i feel wid time........everything shuld be okh.....

somewht i agrre with pooja.............. this is vacation time...... let all college start....but on the other hand, if members comes at mp only when studies r going on, means they needs help on projects & notes...... so they come here just to download.......... rite???

so we need more active partcipation guyz..............

The area of improvement what i suppose is the unanswerd thread....many a times ppl have written some queries which have been viewed but not answered at all ...what i feel is that moderators and experienced users should atlest guide the person regarding the query and no thread should have 0 responses....if that cud be implemented then i think it will be a great milestone for MP.

anywayz......... plz all the members of MP (which is around 17,000), take part in all sections............ not just projects & notes section to downlaod....... laughter section is good......... contests & quizes section is the best to gain knowledge around d world thru different contests n quizes............ also GD section & MBA section is excellent........ n General talks, hot debates r d best to make awareness about particular thing/topic.......... so MP's sections rocks actually...but where r active partcipation from members there? we need more n more active partcipation as to rock the management world...........

P.S. - Plz share ur views MPians..........

naah dear fren,,tht din mean hez planniing to leave..tht implied tht any member could anytym become inactive due to their busy schedules, jobs, colleges....any reason whtsoeva...n if they r any of those few active members who generally post....then who will be left to post...??
the site shdnt be running wid d aid of few countable active members..all shd actively participate...
m a member here since oct. last yr..[active since march this yr]..n outta say 17,800 members i can point out 20-30 active members...wht abt the rest 17,770???
so, mp shd be a joined effort of all the members...hope tht happens soon enuff...cheers ,LONG LIVE MP!!:tea:
