We leave uniforms in our 12th class....thn we are use to wear casuals at graduate level....nd thn again at sum b-schools we need to have a dress code. Is it adjustable 4 youth of our times to go 4 uniforms at post-graduation level?

Nopes we don't like to wear formals at our workplace, then do you think we would like to wear in schools..

if it is being compulsory then it has to be worn by students but i think at graduation level only it is enough for the students to tell thm wat to wear and wat not

People will take you sincerely if you are in a business attire at a presentation. Just imagine you are attending a presentation, and the presenter is in a three forth and sleevless T-shirt. Will he be able to get the proper attention for the presentition? My personal opinion says, No he will not !!!

Similarly, to make the ambience nice and professional, Its necessary that there should be atleast some limits on the attire you are having. Otherwise there won't be difference between a fashion ramp and professional Presentation hall.

a suit is always good bec. if you find yourself being overdressed, you can remove the coat to sorta mitigate this... long sleeves and tie ain't too bad. but either way, remember not to sweat it... your clothes aren't the point of the interview... they're important, but if you do come overdressed, the ability to laugh it off, and joke about it with the interviewer will still get you brownie points...

I agree that casuals are something that the students get used .but then, at the same time, i feel uniforms are equally important for b school students, because eventually formals add to their personality of being corporate people which would add to the seriousness of their work. And for all this, uniform is important
