Does it pain to have tattoo?

Does it really pain when getting tattoos ? I want to get one permanent tattoo on my arms...does it harm a lot?

Firstly it depends on which type of tattoo you want to make i.e either temporary or permanent.Once you have made your mind to get a tattoo done then you should not have second thought.There is minor pain experienced like an ant bite when the tattoo syringe is pierced and once the tattoo work is done there is slight swelling for few days as the top dermis is pierced.

Yes it pains. Also depend upon the strength of the person who is getting that pain because each person has a different tolerance of pain. Sometimes one person think it is not painful in any way for him but it could be harmful and much painful to other person.
