Does God exist or is he a man-made creation?

I wont say god exists i wont say allah exists i wont say ram exists (no offences to any religion) i will not give ny name to it but there exists a power which controls all of us it saves us punishes us helps us n sometimes plays games with us.
There are a lot of instances where we can feel that there is something that just saved our life,just happened like some miracle all that is nothing but that power or angel or whatsoever v like to name him.
religions r like different doors to one particular room which ever door u open u'll reach the same room where that power stays.

I only believe in god when i lose confident in me. otherwise i dont seek help from god. I always wanted to everything on my own, without help from others.
so on the whole, i guess god is real to some extent.
 
there is definately a superpower above us all humans.we may call it god or our own conscience.......it totally depends
 
I thing all of us have to agree that there is a power out there which we cannot completely understand nor can science give a precise explanation to. It influences our lives in a positive and negative manner. I think human beings have just names this god to give us hope and a point to focus on . Considering the variation in beliefs as a basis for war and killing to me seems wrong and pointless

I do believe that God does exist. Scientifically , we can prove this. There is proven principle that energy can't be destroyed and generated. It can be transformed only. To do the transformation we need some chemical reaction to occur. The force which is behind the chemical reaction will be termed as GOD.
Quoting the name of Lord Ganesha , Indra and others do prove that these are the people responsible for the transformation of the energy through natural chemical reaction . To prove my point , plz go into the deep and answer the very first source of energy and find out the answer with "Energy can't be generated and destroyed ." The unanswered question proves the GOD's existence.
 
Well, scientifically its difficult to prove the GOD's existence,
But even d scientists were stones viz. symbol of strength from GOD... :amen:
 
It is God who created the entire mass of nature. Even today we can experience his power and existence when in medical cases where doctors have given up hope, suddenly the patient gets cured for which there is no explanation in science.
 
when i read what sonic posted, i cant help but to agree too! although some people relate the 'miraculous healing' to 'psychology', i personally think that it cannot be something as simple as that..
 
i do belive in god..and by this post i dnt wana hurt the people who belive it...
in my opinion it is a man made creation bcoz it has been thr since very long time ..i think in ancient time when people didnt get any reason for anything they used 2 think there is a power which makes all the things happen like lightning,earthquake and other natural disasters...and they startd givin blood to the god by killin animals which is called 'BALI'...to make him calm...
but as da time passed and many of scientist found the reasons behind all the disasters and all the things....but all those things are still dipper in the people and they are not ready to accept the scientific fact...jzz a week ago there was a solar eclip and many of da people didnt take a bath jzz bcoz they thought its a god who is upset..
at the other end THE GOD is a word which built confidence in you in jzz few seconds...sometimes a big deal,presentation really goes smoothly jzz bcoz while doin so u feel god is behind u ...this build a confidence in u and make da thing possible...
but still w8ver it is ..i still belive in GOD wthr its a manmade or not its a great power which will b ther till da end and after that

but according to me god exists in everyone of them as our "conscience"
 
As per my opinion...god is made by man only....all those stuff like mahabharat n Ramayan is also man made.....Like superman,spiderman n others god is also man made with super natural power...........
 
Most of you here believe in God because it has been pressed down upon you since childhood. And now you're accustomed to the concept. If you think to yourself, even if God does exist, apart from the creation of the universe, everything else can or will be explained with science eventually. Man fears the unknown, so the concept of God was introduced to explain the *then* inexplicable phenomenon. The concept of God and Religion is extremely different. Religious practices have nothing to do with your perception of God or your belief in them.
There is no heaven, there is no hell. After you die, you just rot. The malpractices we assume as true are only because society says so. Nothing is good or bad. Good or bad is only a matter of perception.

there are many things that happen in day to day life for which we knowingly or unknowingly thank god. so he has to exist coz der r sme things dat happen which are not in control of humans...
