The perspective of improvement can be judged to usage of technology for communication, branding, visuals, qualification of the field personnel, business ethics, etc. This process is natural with availability of infrastructure, focussed market approach and yearly business requirements. In today's scenario, all actions are to cater to one primary objective : BOTTOM LINE of P & L. and this is how all other actions of a pharmacy professional get llinked.

Core understainding about subjects is better when its part of the curriculum and not fed into the mind by a corporate classroom training.

There is a notable line of interest among the pharmacy graduates today that they prefer to be in R & D, medical stores, back-office ops, etc more often than take up the line of Med reps... they consider it too lowly for them.
