Do you think leaving a job for salary is right????

After working for many years people leave their job for salary.They ruined their job relationship where they have got experience, they have got training for they sake of money.

We all know that we do job for salary but salary is the only motive for us to do job, so we should not maintain a job relation

Do you think salary is the only motive for todays employees???
 
You have to like what you do. If you think only in terms of what kind of work you wish to do in life, i don't think money will be the question. If you are good at something, you can make money out of it.

And this is not philosophical. =/
 
To be exact there is no answer for this...different situations demand for diff actions....if the situation i just abt having a better pay...then it must be given a second thought...
 
Salary is not the onlyt hing under condition..
the candidate should also think of job satisfaction and job profile working conditions perks etc etc etc many to mention

After a hard core thought one can decide whether to continue or leave

nice question. but i dont agree your guys. i think job is most important then salary. ypu can getting experience. we know that
some thing is better is nothing.
