Recently I have come across many individuals who have taken up various fields of study however once they complete it, they start their professional career elsewhere. This drives me to ponder if they take up education as a compulsory requirement or if the opportunities to excel in the respective filed is lost. Do aspiring students need counseling post the completion of their study to be guided the right way?
