FYI - i am new to this website and came across your thread. It's really nice of you to help us this way, really appreciate.

I am starting with my dissertation this month (MA- HR) and i work for a company who provides security services on a grand scale and i was thinking of Quality of Work life (my company), i thought it would be good as keeping in mind that security guards are the main face of the business. All i need is your advice with some data, my worry is will i be able to find good data.

ALSO ADD THIS PROJECT TO YOUR REGIMEN!
This project is regarding leadership style and its analysis using Management Grid!
The project was done in Cadbury and has sample sizr of 8 managers.
The calculation based on questionnaire attached deals with the leadership and other performance factors!hope this proves helpful!
