Recruited by ATI’s Director to contribute to the turnaround of ATI and its’ operating model. Responsible for a diverse set
of responsibilities including managing ATI’s day-to-day operations, promoting and building awareness of ATI within the
start-up community in Central Texas, and offering strategic consulting to ATI portfolio companies.
Strategic Direction for Portfolio Companies
• Introduced investors, Board of Director members, and advisors to several ATI companies that resulted in active dollar
investments and time engagement with those companies.
• Provide strategic counsel to member companies related to human resources and fundraising.
• Established and coordinate internal ATI community educational and networking events that are sponsored by outside
parties and engage notable speakers from the community.
Social Media
• Managed development of website with intern resources that integrated social media components.
• Developed ATI’s social media presence; oversaw creation of its first blog, Twitter, and Facebook accounts.
Fundraising/Partnerships
• Created a managerial accounting budgeting tool that enables effective monthly cash flow analysis enabling team to
manage an increase in grant income of greater than 50% and doubling of profits during tenure.
