A business letter is usually a letter from one company to another, or between such organizations and their customers, clients and other external parties. The overall style of letter depends on the relationship between the parties concerned.
 
I think business report contains all the financial and operational content of the business. And if we talk about the business later then it is totally different from business report. Business later is the paper document which is used for business proposal or project dealing.
