DIETS useful or harmful to health

these days everyone is running and no one has time to relax and everyone wants to be fit and healthy so we can see ppl option for diet rather than exercise . So are these diets useful or harmful to our body
 
Diets may b useful but those who leave the diet soon start to bulk again , in order to reap the benifit of diet one should excercise a lot ....
INSTEAD OF AVOIDING FATS START BURNING THEM.......tats wat i think
 
Obesity is harmful but dieting in a wrong way can be harmful too.

People often skip their food to be slim and trim. Due to this, we can suffer from anorexia (it is caused by self-starvation and excessive weight loss)
There are also serious emotional and physical problems whose consequences can be life threatening.
