which part is most important or which is depend on other mostly

I must say that I haven't understood ur topic rite.First part is fine but abt the second part - "DEVELOPMENT OF WOMEN NEEDS NATION",I'm clueless.Can you please make me clear on this.

it means that nation also needs a development of women.......
and women also need a development of nation
 
I also think that both these terms can't be separated and they must move together.. because the development of one will definately assure the development of other...
 
DEVELOPMENT OF NATION NEEDS WOMEN BECAUS EDEVELOPMENT IS QUALITATIVE AND TAKE SINTO ACCOUNT EVERY PARAMETER.ITS NOT GROWTH % IN GDP
