The process used in the manufacturing the detergent is a simple one but sophisticated technology has been used to make the product suitable to consumers needs. Power granules have been used with stain removers to make the detergent competitive in the market. The labourers maintain hygienic conditions in the manufacturing department.
It contains borax, ‘nature’s natural sweetener’ for a clean you can trust.
Steps involved in the manufacturing process:-
1. Step 1 :-
The raw materials required are put together in the mixing machine in the required quantity under the inspection of a supervisor so that the right quantity of ingredients are mixed.
Required perfume is added to the detergent to give a fragrance to it.
2. Step 2:-
The mixing machine is an oval shaped container, which starts rotating for a required period until the liquid gets completely dissolved evenly.
3. Step 3;-
Then the detergents are dried under the supervision of the supervisors.
Before the detergents reach the packing process they must pass through the quality-checking department. Here the detergents are checked by the ISO standards & if found satisfactory then only sent
sent to the packing departments.
In the packing departments, the detergents are poured into the plastic by the packing machine in the right quantity. Then the plastic are sealed to maintain the quality of the detergent.
Labeling has been done as per the specified standards.
