• DESTINATION TRAVELS PRIVATE LIMITED is a full service travel agency that aims to provide high quality services at competitive prices to both leisure and corporate clients. • The company was established on May 2010 to be a part of the tourism and travel industry. • The head office is at Hiranandani Powai and branches in India and abroad. • The Tours and Travel Services offered by our company serves all purposes of inbound and outbound tours.

• Recruitment refers to the process of attracting, screening, and selecting qualified people for a job. • Our employees include accountants, managers and agents. • We undertake staff development and training to ensure that the company maintains a number of qualified and motivated staff who will carry out the functions of the organization in the most effective way.
FINANCIAL STRATEGIES
• Cash Flow Management – includes identifying an amount that will always be in reserves as well as how major expenses will be paid. • Reserves Policy – what level of reserves we aim to build up, and how surpluses will be handled. • Pricing and cost recovery policy – where charges are to be made to services, it explains the basis and formula used for the charging, and the pricing structure.

• Carrying out market research to obtain feedback on potential and existing products and/or services. • Promoting products and services through a variety of advertising and promotional methods, e.g. press, TV, online, direct mail, sponsorship and trade shows or exhibitions.
