The delivery vans are equipped with gps(global positioning systems) to keep track of the consignments at regular intervals . the personnel are given adequate training to operate the gps system.in a recent survey undertaken by


the company it found out that customers wanted face to face interaction with the drivers who delivered their consignments to get practical advice on shipping,etc.the drivers are trained to be more interactive and to facilitate this , speech courtesy and etiquette training is meted out accordingly.
