Dates for submission of TY Project

Hey Guys,
Jus wanted to know wat are the dates tht the colleges have given for Submission of TY Projects. I am frm NM College and i have been given a deadline of 17th Oct. which is the first day of my prelims. Also sum colleges have already taken the projects. So jus reply wen are ur expected submission dates.

Well dude itz diff deadline in all da coll'z like i blv in xavierz itz arnd nov.. So dependz gotta stay in contact with the co-ordinator.. da only thing common out here is dat mainly da projects are taken bfr da start of sem VI..!!:)
 
Project submission is always a tricky issue with colleges
I first asked some current TYBMS students, as to what they think happens to projects after they are submitted.
1. Both copies go to University
2. One copy is forwared to respective Profs, who would conduct vivas
3. Second copy, is retained by university to check whether a similar/same project is done in the past.
4. Both copies are latter returned to college on or before final vivas

Seems so idea
but let me share.. what I know
1. Projects are collected
2. They are taken to Principals Office for signature
3. From their it goes to college Store Room
4. Three days before final viva they are taken out, and sent to respective profs for viva only on special requests
5. There are scenes, when the viva prof does not even know, for what projects is going to take viva. He gets to know that on reaching college.

So.. i guess.. i havent the answered question... of when is the submission..
well it depends on the fantasies of Co-ordinator or an over ambitious CR

But, personally i feel.. July 10th is the best date for submission.
So that student works in summers and his/her regular studies dont get affected.
it might sound too idealist and not feasible
but believe me, in my year, i had made sure this happens.
