Today we will discuss customer satisfaction. First of all we need to understand what is customer satisfaction and what is its relevance. Customer satisfaction is the level or point where customer is happy with quality quantity and performance of product....Ex- you purchase a cake from a local bakery and you really like it..ur liking can be due to different reasons... Like either u liked the taste of product, or quantity or price...if u like it you will be called as satisfied customer....
Different factors impacting satisfaction level of customer-
- Quality
- Price
- Brand Name
- Sales Force Performance
- Need or Demand of customer
- Urgency or Importance of product
 
Value analysis and market research can help us understand how to create customer satisfaction.

Some companies may also want to create customer delight.

Consider how you can create value for each penny paid by the customer and meet his needs over and above his expectations within a given budget and create customer satisfaction !

Absolutely true mellisa. Pre sales, Sales and after sales build customer satisfaction and loyalty. Ofcourse product quality also plays a crucial role in the process.
