You have a toolbox of skills for working with customers now. Through this report we invite you to open up that toolbox. You may discover an old tool – one you haven’t used in a while and decide to take it out, polish it up, and start using it again. Or, maybe you will discover a new use for an old tool. One you had, but never thought of using with customers. Or, perhaps you’ll discover a totally new tool, one you never even knew existed. Explore all the tools as you go. Don’t decide right away whether a particular tool is for you or not. Keep your toolbox open. Try them all out during the program. At the end, you will have a chance to decide which tools you want to carry away.
